“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The room was clean (except for the dead bug bodies), but it did have a musty smell to it and there was dust on the front facing sides of the drawers, which I found odd. Like, LOTS of dust. The faux leather covering of one of the arms of the chair was completely gone, and like I said, bugs. Small bugs..like water bugs and earwigs. Not a lot of them, but when I woke up at 5am on the second day an saw two live ones in the bathroom, I just went ahead and swung by the local Walmart later that morning……

“The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted.”

“Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining.”

“At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.”

“We (5) had a 2 bd/2 bath suite and it was excellent. Stayed one night, so didn’t use amenities, but saw the outdoor pool that looked great & fitness room. Breakfast was very good, location right near the freeway. Comfortable beds, great showers/bathrooms. We wish all Homewood Suites or other hotels had this room size option.”
